What is Finance
& Fairways?
Finance & Fairways is the golf side of Finext — a mortgage broking service for people who love the game.
We help with buying a home, refinancing, investing, building and SMSF property loans, comparing a panel of lenders to find a loan that fits. The difference is where the conversation happens. Instead of a boardroom, it’s often a round of golf.
Purchase. Buying your first home, your next one, or upsizing. We compare lenders, sort your pre-approval and look after it all the way to settlement.
Refinance. Making sure your loan still stacks up. A sharper rate, lower repayments, rolling debts together, or freeing up equity for what’s next.
Investment. Buying an investment property, with the loan set up for rental income, cash flow and the next purchase, working alongside your accountant.
Construction. Building new or knocking down and rebuilding. Construction loans pay your builder in stages as the work is done, so you only pay interest on what’s been drawn.
SMSF. Buying property through your self-managed super fund. SMSF loans have their own rules and lenders, so we work alongside your accountant and financial adviser to get it right.
